- Before making any booking for Tour/Activity/Hotel/Transfer with Qatar Travel Marketplace, it is recommended to carefully read the Cancellation Policy of third-party service providers such as Tours, Activities, Hotels, Flights, and more.
- No refund will be available, once you have made the payment for a tourist visa through Qatar Travel Marketplace.
- There will be no refund partially or fully if you do not show up for the tour. In the case of unused tickets, sightseeing excursions, car rentals, or other travel services, there is no refund available.
- Rescheduling is not available for confirmed excursions, transfers, and other travel services.
- The terms and conditions and third-party suppliers' cancellation policies, determine your ability to change or cancel a tour/transfer/hotel booking made via Qatar Travel Marketplace.
- The period for cancellation of tour, activity, hotel depends on cancellation policies of third-party service providers.
- Qatar Travel Marketplace also offers an option to edit or modify flight booking details including date of arrival, departure, and more.
- There would be no refund if the flight is canceled due to unforeseen circumstances or natural disasters.
